What are your dreams?  Are they larger than life and out of reach, or are they comprised of simpler things, just waiting to be realized?  For Terri Swartz, her dream of owning horses was made possible simply by finding the right place to make it happen – the beautiful Temecula Valley, with its green rolling hills, mild climate, and open spaces.  Terri knew she had found the right place to live the moment she laid eyes on this beautiful area.

As she rides her horse along the countryside, Terri has time to simply take in the sights and sounds around her.  She and her husband, Rob, discovered the communities near the Santa Rosa plateau when they were searching for a higher quality of life for their family. Terri wasn’t thinking about any specific dream at the time except to provide the best future for their three kids. But moving to Murrieta all those years ago made it possible for Terri to realize another dream – owning her own horse.
